EN In September, the Czech bicross league continued with two stops, namely in Pardubice and Prague-Bohnice. Recently, our country was hit by devastating floods, and unfortunately several domestic lines were not spared. For example, Opava still has a lot to do to return the local area to its original and excellent condition for almost a whole year. But the Opava team is doing a good job and it looks like the postponed Czech Cup will go ahead without any problems. The Youtube livestream underwent a series of sound testing and improvements accompanying this transmission and the race in Bohnice was already running smoothly, so we could enjoy not only the footage from the race, but also the commentator and local legend in one person, Viktor Karlík. Závody The people of Pardubice only had a week to prepare their track for the weekend races, but they managed everything in this gallows deadline! Saturday's CBL race was followed by Sunday's Pardubice Region Grand Prix. A total of 18 incoming riders presented themselves at the start. Let's believe that we will soon be able to include them in the total number of riders with a license, and thus expand the base of Czech riders. Vít Gruntorád followed up his good performance from ČP at Favorita and dominated the JM-U23-EM category for both days. It is great that prosection is also used in the leagues, because without it, it simply cannot be done in this category in the world. The very next weekend, the TJ Slovan Bohnice-BMX club hosted the races, which this year also took charge of the home peak of the season. In addition to Saturday's 26th Grand Prix of Prague 8 (also the 8th CBL race), which is known for its traveling cup bearing the names of the winners of all years, there was also an evening Holeshot race, where an interesting financial reward awaited the driver. A total of 28,000 was distributed among the best!! Exactly 20 newcomers lined up for the start this time. Vít Gruntorád became the next rider who got or will get on the pedestal of that traveling cup. He decided not to participate in Sunday's Bohnicka meatball, and thus lost the opportunity to win five races in a row. On Sunday, Vojtěch Polesný from Řep took the top step, which at least improved his mood after Saturday's fall in the final. During the weekend we could also notice that some of the younger riders chose to go through the section, which was a nice change and good training for them. The coming weekend will mark the last two races of the Czech and Moravian Bicross League this year, and therefore the last chance to change the overall order. In the CBL, in the Boys 11 category, the difference between first and second place is only one point, so it will be interesting to see whether Denis Krejčí (TJ Slovan Bohnice-BMX) or Marek Janda (Bikrosclub Řepy) will become the winner. The Men 17+ category is also very balanced and the first two places (Matěj Weis - Bikrosclub Řepy and Robin Petrus - TJ Slovan Bohnice-BMX) are separated by only two points. The two Prague clubs will thus compete against each other on the track in Milovice. By the way, Milovice will be holding its race for the first time since 2009, and it may be a nostalgic moment for many witnesses. In Moravia, it is Bike Team Uničov, which will host the 9th and 10th rounds of the MBL.
