EN Sunday's 11 and over block was the third and final day of this year's European BMX Racing Championships, hosted by a scorching Sarrians. The previous days were significantly affected by the program and even Sunday's race was not complete without a long midday to afternoon break. A total of 25 Czech representatives fought for the best position, four of which made it to the finals in their respective categories. As a reminder, the Czech dominance among the Boys 15 was something that our riders have not been able to do for a long time and it is a huge promise for the future. Sunday's final positions were thinner in terms of number, but in short, the race does not always turn out as expected. For drivers who were thinking about a better position, it is at least motivation for the next races and even from a failed race you can learn a lot. Boys 11 The first finalist of Sunday's program was Max Roškot from Republika Srpska, who followed last year's final from Valmiera. He did not improve last year's fifth place this year and will take seventh place from Sarrians. Boys 12 Tadeáš Vlk has been to the finals of the European Cups many times in the past, so it is not unusual for him to compete among the top Europeans in his category. He confirmed this experience in Sarrians and took an unpopular but still great fourth place. Men 35+ On Sunday, Tomáš Haluza completed his duel, i.e. participation in both the 20-inch bike and the cruiser. Although he did not follow up on Friday's first place in cruisers on Sunday, he progressed to the final race without any problems with his technical and balanced ride. Here he fought with, for example, Roman Sablin, vice world champion in the Masters, and Haluza crossed the finish line in fifth place. Girls 14 Finally, we have the podium placement, which was taken care of by Sára Kalábová. She won bronze in her category and next year she can look forward to moving to the block of the Championships category, as she will advance among girls 15/16 years old. From this year's European BMX Championship, Czech competitors will take a total of 21 final positions, including 6 championships!!
