EN After the previous years, when we tried to meet the needs of all competitors, and "somehow" provide team sides until the end of each race day, we are forced to set rules this year that will be clearly specified in advance. For an idea of what the whole process of tent security involves: - organizational (importation of tents, setting up, provision of the entire background during the entire weekend –> securing the tent for the night and opening the tent in the morning, folding the tents, taking away and possibly drying the team tents upon return) - time constraints (be at the race venue on time on Friday morning and always stay there until the end of the race program) - financial - payment of places for team tents + ordering places - space in the car for importing tents - material - provision of tents As part of the human resources of the BMX commission, we are no longer able to provide all this for other riders other than members of the talent team and the national team. Evropský pohár For the above reasons, we asked club representatives at the November meeting for help with this situation. Unfortunately, there was no reaction and response from the individual teams. On behalf of the BMX committee, we are able to materially provide two tents, or help with ordering and financing (partially by increasing the payment for the entry fee). But we don't have the option of securing every double race of the European Cup or the European Championship all weekend long. If any of you would be determined to take charge of the tents, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be very happy. Can you find a volunteer who is willing to help? 😊 However, in the current situation, we will not provide facilities in the team area for all riders. Riders will only be checked when entering the lineup. If the driver will be MISSING in the lineup, we will inform via the WhatsApp group that he should appear in the lineup as soon as possible.
